White Wines

Friulano

This wine has a delicate fragrance, with a pleasing bouquet of bitter almonds. Excellent with soups, ham, grilled fish and eggs.
Best served at 10-12 C.

Chardonnay

This straw-coloured white wine has a delicate and harmonious fruit fragrance. It can be served as an aperitif or with hors-dvres and fish courses.
Best served at 10-12 C.

Sauvignon

It has a straw-yellow colour sometimes with a golden hue and a shade of green. Its bouquet is strong and personal. It has a dry taste and a good, generous structure. It goes well with rice dishes, clear soup and goes particularly well with shellfish.
Best served at 10-12 C.

Pinot Grigio

It takes its name from its pale hue which is lightly tinged with a roseate ash-grey. It goes well with rich soups, rice dishes made with light meat or with chicken.
Best served at 10-12 C.

Ribolla Gialla

It is a typical wine of our region, well known because of its elegant fragrance and fresh taste. It can be served as an aperitif or with hors-dvres and fish courses.
Best served at 10-12 C.

Red Wines

Cabernet Franc

It has a ruby-red colour, depending on its age. It has a grassy bouquet which is strong, penetrating and also persistent. It is full-bodied, well-balanced and distinct. It goes well with poultry, game or red meat.
Best served at 18C.

Merlot

It has a lively ruby-red colour with a pleasant fruit bouquet It is soft, full-bodied and persistent. It goes well with rich first courses, red meat, stews and game.
Best served at 18C.

Schioppettino

A ruby-red wine with purplish overtones. It has a typical aroma of woodland fruits, with a hint of cinnamon. The flavour is full-bodied and intense. It goes well with red meat, stews and game.
Best served at 18C.

El Neri di Norine

A red wine obtained from a blend of Merlot and Schioppettino dried grapes. It is seasoned in oak casks (barriques) for 18 months. It offers a rich bouquet. It is full-bodied and richly-coloured. Excellent with savoury meat courses.
Best served at 18C.

Dessert Wines

Verduzzo

A sweet white wine with a golden colour. Its bouquet is intense and ample with aromas of honey, dried fruits. Excellent with desserts and gateaux.
It should be served between 8 and 10 C.

Aurea Divina

From 100% Verduzzo dried grapes. Its colour is golden yellow with an amber nuance. The bouquet and full with the scent of honey and dried fruits. It goes perfectly with cheese and chocolate sweets.

Cjaliar

A wine obtained from 100% Picolit dried grapes. It is one of the most precious wine of our region. Its taste is sweet, open and velvety. It is a wine to be sipped among friends, whilst talking and between meals
It should be served between 10 and 12 C.

Sparkling Wines

Josef

Classical brut method Champagne obtained from the cuvee of 50 % Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Nero. This wine ripens on its own leavens for 36 months. Excellent as aperitif, it is particularly suitable with elaborate fish courses.
Best served at 4-6 C.

Aurora

Classical brut method Champagne obtained from the cuvee of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Ribolla Gialla. It is a limited edition wine, that ripens 48 months on its own leavens. Excellent as aperitif, it is particularly suitable with elaborate fish courses.
Best served at 4-6 C.
